1.淄柴N28/S系列双燃料发动机采用油气(柴油、天然气)双控技术,实现对柴油、天然气喷射时刻和喷射量的控制,可以实现燃油和天然气的消耗,提高双燃料机的热效率。
2.天然气进气管采用双壁管结构设计,满足CCS规范本质系统的要求;
3.天然气替代率为70%~85%,可以节省运行成本,降低氮氧化合物、硫化物,以及微小颗粒物等有害物质的排放;
4.运行时可实时切换双燃料模式和纯柴油模式,使用更加灵活;
5.满足IMO TierII及GB15097/第二阶段排放要求;
6.结构先进,性能稳定,维护方便。
7.机体、气缸盖与N28柴油机通用,保持了零部件的通用性和互换性。
8.燃气管设计在进气管顶部,方便用户对燃气泄露的检测,以及问题的处理。
9.燃气喷射阀采用多点喷射设计,可对每一缸的燃气进气量进行控制。
10.燃气喷射阀、电控泵和控制系统均采用国内知名配套厂465厂的产品,质量可靠、性能稳定,配套件充足,供货及时,方便用户使用。

1.淄柴N28/S系列双燃料发动机采用油气(柴油、天然气)双控技术,实现对柴油、天然气喷射时刻和喷射量的控制,可以实现燃油和天然气的消耗,提高双燃料机的热效率。
2.天然气进气管采用双壁管结构设计,满足CCS规范本质系统的要求;
3.天然气替代率为70%~85%,可以节省运行成本,降低氮氧化合物、硫化物,以及微小颗粒物等有害物质的排放;
4.运行时可实时切换双燃料模式和纯柴油模式,使用更加灵活;
5.满足IMO TierII及GB15097/第二阶段排放要求;
6.结构先进,性能稳定,维护方便。
7.机体、气缸盖与N28柴油机通用,保持了零部件的通用性和互换性。
8.燃气管设计在进气管顶部,方便用户对燃气泄露的检测,以及问题的处理。
9.燃气喷射阀采用多点喷射设计,可对每一缸的燃气进气量进行控制。
10.燃气喷射阀、电控泵和控制系统均采用国内知名配套厂465厂的产品,质量可靠、性能稳定,配套件充足,供货及时,方便用户使用。
