淄柴ZC330ZLC/S系列双燃料发动机以ZC330系列柴油机为母型机,充分吸收国内外先进技术和设计思想,在保持其良好的动力性、经济性、可靠性等优点的基础上,设计开发了中速大功率ZC330ZLC/S系列LNG/柴油本质多点喷射双燃料发动机。ZC330ZLC/S系列双燃料发动机采用本质型设计,天然气供气系统在任何情况下机舱均处于状态;采用国内准内混式燃气电控多点喷射技术。发动机可以根据实际工况切换工作状态,既可以使用LNG双燃料工作,也可以单独使用柴油工作。其通过电子控制单元实现燃气与柴油喷射的比例,使发动机始终运行在状态下,在不影响功率输出的条件下节省柴油。部分负荷点燃油替代率可达到85%,满负荷燃油替代率不低于70%。ZC330ZLC/S系列双燃料发动机设计先进、结构合理、性能可靠、自动化程度高、维护方便、低油耗、低排放等优点,主要用于LNG运输船、散货船用主机或辅机。可满足机旁操纵、遥控操纵及无人机舱的要求。
淄柴双燃料控制系统简介
更经济:液化天然气(LNG)供气系统:主要由燃气进气管组件、波纹双壁软管组件、喷射阀组件组成,用来给发动机提供所需流量和压力的气体燃料。
更先进:燃气控制系统:采用了代表世界海茵茨曼控制器MVC01-24及双壁结构的燃气喷射阀Megasol 250,燃气控制及相关报警控制都满足了船规,大大提高了燃气系统的及发动机自身保障,这在国内的应用均属首例。控制系统原理图如下页表:
更智能:
电子控制调速系统:采用了调速执行器RE2800与控制器的搭配,海茵茨曼电子控制器MVC 01-24输出0~1A调速信号到RE2800内置电磁线圈,由电磁线圈产生电磁力大小来控制RE2800的输出供油量大小,进而有效的控制了发动机的柴油供给,对发动机燃气高替代率的实现提供了技术保障。相比较于传统机械液压调速器,RE2800电子液压调速器的扭力大、可靠性高,集成了海茵茨曼电子控制器的优势,调速性能及控制精度属于比较高水平。调速器现大量应用于MAN的2131机型上,技术成熟可靠。
